I got the RoadTop unit mainly for CarPlay, and it’s been working well overall. Maps, music, and calls connect quickly, which is actually what I needed most. The menu settings were a little confusing at first, so it took me some time to figure everything out. It does lag for a second here and there, but nothing too annoying. Overall, it fits my car well and does the job.

I sent my return back the refund took WAY too long to come through. I kept reaching out to support, but the replies were super vague and didn’t really tell me what was going on. Frustrating experience overall

well... I was hoping the screen would be better, but it just looks kind of dim and grainy to me. It’s been disappointing overall.

I’m usually not too picky as long as things get here without any major hassle, but this was actually smoother than expected. No complaints about the shipping at all.

The product itself isn’t bad, but if you’re not used to installing this kind of thing, it can be a bit frustrating. I also spent way too long waiting in the support queue, which didn’t exactly help my mood. More pictures, clearer wording, and quicker support would make a big difference. 3 stars from me.

Sounds good overall. Music is clear. Calls are fine. Bass could hit a little harder, but for everyday use, I’m happy.

Ever since the recent updates, the software keeps freezing on me pretty much every day. I’ve reached out to support, but nothing they’ve suggested has actually fixed it. for what I expect from this kind of product, it’s been really frustrating and just doesn’t feel worth the trouble right now.

it connects quickly every time i get in, and i’m so glad i don’t have to deal with that annoying cable anymore.
